The Surf Resource Network has launched their new site and featured WAVES as the Partner of the Month. The Surf Resource Network’s mission is to support local economies by partnering with organizations working to create positive outcomes for developing communities in surf rich regions.

This aligns nicely with WAVES; we look forward to building upon the relationships starting before last’s year’s Rising Tide… Surf Causes Event in NYC. More recently, WAVES was lucky enough to have Surf Resource Network founder Sean Brody visit the program in Lobitos and share some of his amazing photography skills with local youth and aspiring photographer, Henry, and build

upon what was started much earlier, as depicted in CAPTURE: A WAVES Documentary.
